YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
● Assist other shift workers in their daily tasks;
● Keep the premises clean;
● Various general maintenance tasks;
● Parts cleaning using production equipment;
● Safely load, secure, balance and secure loads in the truck;
● Masking on steel parts;
● Follow occupational health and safety guidelines;
● Any related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, and
necessary for the smooth running of the company.

Reporting to the Foreman, the Heavy Equipment Operator’s main responsibilities will include :

– Handling standard parts ;

– Minimum 3 years’ experience with overhead cranes from 5 to 30 tonnes and forklifts up to 15 tonnes;

– Ability to work safely;

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Check surface before applying paint;
Prepare and mix paint according to paint system parameters;
Adjust the equipment according to the indicated parameters;
Apply the coating in the correct manner; periodically measure the thickness of the wet film;
Complete the appropriate documents in accordance with the applicable quality plan;
Clean and store equipment after use.

REQUIREMENTS
2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in industrial painting;
Experience in preparing and mixing industrial paint;
A keen interest in precise, meticulous, high-quality work;
Good physical stamina (working in a standing position with arms outstretched)
Autonomy and initiative ;
Team spirit ;
Steel painting (an asset);
Plan reading (an asset).

TASK SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Accounting and Payroll Technician provides administrative and accounting services to the entire company.

Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
Weekly payroll production;
Follow up on tables of denunciations, releases, etc. related to assigned projects;
Participate in and/or perform bookkeeping activities (accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll records, bank reconciliation, GST/QST reports, loan schedules, etc.);
Filing, photocopying and digitizing documents ;
Collaborate with the rest of the team as needed on other ad hoc tasks.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
D.E.C. or D.E.P. or other relevant training;
2 to 3 years’ experience in accounting (construction sector an asset);
Knowledge of Acomba software is an asset;
Intermediate level of MS Excel and Word;
Great organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and handle multiple, simultaneous requests;
Good oral and written French and English;
Discretion and confidentiality.
